Once again, Infor has canceled the affiliate responsible for Canada and is working at supporting the Western Canada market on its own.  I don’t know where that leaves potential customers of Visual Manufacturing ERP, but, take heart, Dimensional can still cover the aftermarket support existing customers will need.

Please note that effective December 1, 2009, BSA (Business Solutions Alliance) is no longer affiliated with Infor.  We do not encourage existing customers to alter any contractual obligations they may have with BSA.  We would, however, welcome the opportunity to discuss an appropriate transition plan at the time your contract with BSA naturally expires.
