We have some important information to share with you.

Please note that effective December 1, 2009, BSA (Business Solutions Alliance) is no longer affiliated with Infor.  We do not encourage existing customers to alter any contractual obligations they may have with BSA.  We would, however, welcome the opportunity to discuss an appropriate transition plan at the time your contract with BSA naturally expires.

All customer accounts will be managed by an Infor Direct Sales Professional along with the Infor Customer Direct team.  We are excited about the expertise offered by these teams and look forward to providing you with continued outstanding support from our world class Customer Support Team.  Please remember you have 24 x 7 access to Infor Support at www.infor365.com.
